Current Initiatives

DFN is proud to facilitate a series of informational teleconferences sponsored by the HSC Foundation scheduled throughout 2008. The teleconferences will focus on topics such as all aspects of employment of people with disabilities, workforce development, veterans issues, arts and culture, inclusion, the U.N. Convention and Treaty for People with Disabilities, and race and poverty. These teleconfereces are open to all DFN members, and they utilize the expertise of DFN members and disability community colleagues. This is a New York Regional Association of Grantmakers (NYRAG) collaborative event. Teleconference host is Alliance for Technology Access (ATA).
